To install RequestCommander, download and run installation
program.
Upgrade to new version
Download the latest
release of RequestCommander and install it in the same
directory. (don't forget close previous version of RequestCommander
if running).
If you are a registered user of RequestCommander you may
upgrade at
no charge to any newer release. Just download
and install new version without uninstalling the previous
version. This will preserve your registration. If the
registration code is no longer present on your system
just re-enter it like the first time and restart the program.
Technical support
If there is a program error, please follow this instruction:
1. Select help|send bug report menu.
2. Attach log.txt file from RequestCommander directory.
3. Also send your
system configuration. Unpack SysRep
(45K) to RequestCommander folder, and run sysrep.exe Then
send us produced sysrep.txt file. More

Uninstallation
Run Uninstall RequestCommander from Control Panel.
Important! You must exit
RequestCommander before run Uninstall. Otherwise some
files and registry settings could not be removed.
